Job Description
- Gathering and analyzing both business and system requirements
- Meeting Stakeholders and Team Members to collect their requirements
- Translating Stakeholders and Team Members requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Examine and compare current systems and business models
- A solid grasp of project management basics in an SDLC (software delivery life cycle) context.
- Writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD),
- Systems Reference Document (SRD ) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
- Working closely with managers, colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Builds deeper understanding of products, processes, procedures, customers and organization.
- Assists program or process development and implementation.
- Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system.
- Providing training and user manuals to users.
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2- 4 years relevant work experience
- Experience in project management, work plans and implementing them effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong database design and development skills
- A detailed level of knowledge of the tools, technologies, skills, and processes required to deliver data analytics
- Experience working with Tableau / power BI “or similar”
- Experience working with Business Intelligence software
- Strong knowledge of data quality
- Data governance experience
- Experience with and web Forms and Data Connection
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in website maintenance & development, Knowledge of HTML/CSS is plus
- Experience in training or coaching is a plus
- Strong communications skills in both English and Arabic languages
- Ability to explain complicated issues in non-technical terms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders ranging from marginalized populations, social entrepreneurs (client interface) to international teams
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment where proactivity, initiative and leadership are encouraged
