Job Description
- Conduct Bank Position Report on a daily basis to determine Accounts balance as of the date.
- Set Daily entry for foreign currency updates on SAP and share file
- Review the expiration dates for LG’S and follow up with sales department in case of renewal
- Conduct actual cash flow report in a monthly basis
- Follow up on bank transfer orders ,review and check GM approval to proceed
- Sending Swift confirmation emails to concerned departments
- Present Credit advices for Incentives & Turqualities certificate and Send to AR & Accounting
- Conduct cash report between hayat Egypt and its subsidiaries
- Conduct Export Cash inflow collection report
- Follow up with export sales team about status of collection
- Conduct Physical count for petty cash in a monthly basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance or related
- Experience from 2-4 years in a similar role and previous experience in treasury is highly preferable
- SAP experience is preferable
