Job Description
- Coordinate with the technical office to determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Coordinate site tasks and delegate responsibilities for all projects
- Oversee site tasks to ensure high quality of work
- Manage costs to ensure project budgets are met
- Manage tasks to ensure project schedules/deadlines are met
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Identify and solve construction issues on site
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other prerequisites
- Coordinate efforts across entire projects between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction engineering or similar
- 4-6 years experience in managing construction projects with a focus on finishing works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, details, and shop drawings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Strong leadership and management skills
