Job Description
- Inventory control and reporting.
- Develop, implement and enhance the store's structures and procedures
- Supervises the receiving and counting of stock items and record data manually or using a computer.
- Receiving fuel deliveries in a safe and controlled manner.
- Coordinates and communicate with other departments in order to ensure the proper handling and delivery of the storage objects.
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
- Ensures keeping an up-to-date inventory/stock registered for all stocking items.
- رفع تقرير أسبوعى إلى المدير التنفيذي لبيان ما تم إنجازه و ما تم تأجيله مع بيان السبب
- أمين المخزن مسئول عن حفظ جميع سجلات نماذج الجودة الخاصة بإجراء إدارة المخازن و جميع أعماله تخضع للمراجعة
- تنفيذ ومتابعة اوامر الصرف و التوريد و عمل جرد اسبوعي ومطابقته بالنظام
- إتباع تعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية
- شحن واستلام شاحنات التفريغ وفحص البضائع
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Proven work experience as a warehouse officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- لديه المهارة في استخدام الحاسب حاصل علي بكالوريوس او دبلوم تجارة
- مهارات ادارية بسيطة في التعامل والاشراف
- انجاز اكثر من عمل في وقت واحد دون ارتباك
