Job Description
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Plan and implement new design
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Plan the layout of the website.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ UI design experience for digital products or services.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and in Vision).
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven UI experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
