Job Description
- Abide by Operational Standards and Settings
- Work as per the needed Operational policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain System Handbook
- Reduce manual intervention and increase productivity of the technical teams
- Coordinate user support; carry out configuration management on the OSS/BSS systems to ensure that the systems are running optimally and that the end user experience is optimized for the operation and maintenance of the IP networks.
- Housekeep and follow up the OSS/BSS systems to ensure they are performing within specifications and fully optimized
- Manage and obtain approval for all changes for the platform, ensuring full communication to the internal and customer base, producing user guides/work instructions where required
- Assist with management requests & development requests through the change process.
- Become a business owner and accountable to support system integration and UAT for system changes or upgrades,
- Install, Configure and support in IBM Products:
- IBM Netcool operations Insight ( installation & Administration )
- IBM Control Desk (ICD ) ( installation & Administration )
- Tivoli Netcool performance manager ( NTPM ) ( installation & Administration )
- IBM cloud Pak for Automation ( installation & Administration )
- IBM cloud Pak for data ( installation & Administration )
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
- Fluency in English language
- It's added to have Knowledge in Unix/Linux, Database, Network, GSM, GPRS, 3G, LTE, MPLS, SS7
- From 2 to 3 relevant years of Experience
- Experience in IBM Products is a Must
