Job Description
- Planning and delivering lessons to children aged 4-12 years in a group of students.
- Developing and producing visual aids and teaching resources.
- Assisting with the development of children's personal, social, and language abilities.
- Supporting the development of children's basic skills, including physical coordination, speech, and communication.
- Observing, assessing, and recording each child's progress.
- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
- Keep parents informed of program expectations, program activities, and the child’s progress.
- Create an effective teaching experience for the kids.
- Grasp new ideas and wade into a world where learning is intermingled with games, activities, and careful preparation.
- Create your own curriculum, levels outline, and program design
- Consult learners and clients to get their requirements.
- Design and plan for creating activities and games.
- Create storyboards to deliver certain ideas in attractive ways.
- Observe the ROI for new activities and games.
- Develop newly hired instructors to enhance their performance.
- Monitor the instructors during class visits to maintain any technical issues.
- Make monthly appraisals and delivering their feedback for each instructor.
- Provide covering plans in case of vacations and violations.
- Handle clients’ technical complaints.
- Help instructors with curriculum preparation and providing them with new ideas.
- Counsel technical surveys’ analysis and deliver feedback.
- Teach and cover classes when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication with kids
- A professional teaching certificate is a plus.
- Age required from 25 - 35 years
- Passionate about teaching and helping kids
- Experience in teaching kids is a MUST
- Flexibility and commitment are required.
