Job Description

  • We are looking for a full-time friendly customer support agent that can work remotely online through. Someone who has the ability to learn quickly, communicate with customers, coordinate with team members and is efficient at multitasking. Bilingual with a stable internet connection and a working laptop. There are no phone call duties, only through email, WhatsApp, and intercom.
  • We are a busy growing team with a can-do attitude who place emphasis on teamwork and positive customer experience.
  • You will need to have your own computer with an excellent internet connection speed. You will participate in a team environment using tools such as zoom, slack, intercom, click up, and WhatsApp. You will be interacting with clients via chat, no phone calls
  • If selected, we will provide the necessary training and onboarding
