Job Description
- Manage relationships with high-profile clients and translated marketing and needs into results-driven strategies.
- Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.
- Ensure accountability is established during the project planning process.
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Analyze and provide social media and online marketing campaign results reports.
- Evaluate monthly performance statistics and used data to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide support to customers on all process improvement processes and maintain effective professional relationships with all client.
- Developing the business via acquiring new clients in different business sectors and maintaining a positive relationship with clients including developing new revenue and sales channels
- Working on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Generating leads organically and following up/managing existing leads.
- Converting leads to opportunities and close them.
- Drafting pitches and sales kits for potential clients to attract new businesses.
- Finalizing contracts with clients.
- Preparing different pricing packages for different target markets, including rate cards for MAVINZ services.
- Refining the sales processes and presentations for sales meetings online and/or offline.
- Working with the account management team to investigate new opportunities with new and existing clients. (upselling).
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in client service job.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Fluent in English.
