Job Description

  • PLEASE CONSIDER OFFICE LOCATION RELATIVE TO YOUR RESIDENCE. OUR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN MOHANDESEEN. CONSIDER DAILY COMMUTE. 
  • Answering and forwarding calls.
  • Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry.
  • Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Contact suppliers for office supplies (ordering and replacement) and computing purchases as well as coordinate IT visits.
  • Write and correspond by email to suppliers abroad and local.
  • Assist company staff with scanning, copying, faxing and answering company general email line as well as write emails on behalf of managers.
  • Observe good etiquette and politeness towards staff and customers.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Excellent in word and pdf editing A MUST. 
  • Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.
  • Excellent use with Microsoft Word and PDF.
  • Good computing knowledge to fix any basic issues that arise.
  • Be extremely punctual with work hours.
