Description 

  • The Office Manager will be the backbone of the company who is responsible for ensuring Innovety’s effectiveness in executing its projects. The Office Manager reports to the CEO. Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative organisation and coordination of company operations
  • Oversees overall company financials and associated planning
  • Provide the CEO with management-related and financial insights to further increase company productivity
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of Innovety’s internal policies and practices
  • Supporting with coordination activities pertaining to projects
  • Handling basic human resources matters within the company
  • Assisting – whenever needed – with project management duties

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Drinks at least 5 cups of coffee or 3 cans of red bull a day (this is an idiom :) - we’re all for work-life balance)
  • Wishes that the day had 30 hours
  • Has at least 4 years experience in Operations, Financial Management and/or Administration
  • Experience in book keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the company.
  • Meticulous and persuasive with details and facts.
