Job Description
- Welcome customers to SHG; presenting wide variety of products and ranges.
- Discuss the SHG end-to-end customer journey , including full home measure, kitchen design process and installation.
- Book customers for in-store design appointment.
- Generate inspirational designs from customer preferences using our specialized kitchen design software.
- Ensure all leads (walk-in and online) are contacted and followed up with in a timely manner to secure successful sales.
- Maintain an order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time. Must have clear lines of communication with back-end technical and factory.
- Where customers want a full home design service, you will be assigned to the project.
Job Requirements
- kitchens/woodworking industry is a must.
- Creativity and ideation, with an eye for detail
- Charismatic and customer focused
- Excellent at: AutoCAD
- Preferred: CARAT Kitchen Software
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Results driven and motivated to exceed targets & KPls.
