Job Description
At Welnes, we help people feel good about their body image by giving them meal plans, workout plans and group support in our transformation challenges.
One of the most important things to do at a startup is to listen to your customers. That’s why we’re looking for someone to join us as a community manager.
Since most of our customers are women, female candidates are highly recommended to apply
The day to day tasks would be to talk to customers through our app, our social media channels, or over Zoom to do the following:
- Create surveys & focus groups
- Collect feedback and feature requests
- Make sure that all users have a good experience
- Maintain relations with our dietitians and coaches
- Create content through blogs and social media posts
Job Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Arabic and English writing
- Familiar with Google sheets, Trello, Slack, Google calendar
- Experience in customer support or customer success is a plus
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Experience in program management is a plus
- Experience in content creation is a plus
- Experience in social media management is a plus
- Experience in graphic design is a plus
