Running Blue collars recruitment process.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews “White collars”.
Managing training activities starting from training needs identification ending by training delivery and assessment.
Delivering required induction program for newly hired employees.
Managing all activities related to business trip and international assignment.
Managing all activities related to plant services such as security, cleaning, design and layout & office facility management “Temporary”.
Responsible for all branding & CSR activities “Temporary”.

From 6 to 7 years of experience Recruitment and training and 2 years of experience in administration activities.
Fully aware of Beni Suef and Fayoum hiring channels.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferable to be Fayoum and Beni Suef residence.
Very good command of spoken and written English.
Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools, SAP user.
