Job Description
- Running Blue collars recruitment process.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews “White collars”.
- Managing training activities starting from training needs identification ending by training delivery and assessment.
- Delivering required induction program for newly hired employees.
- Managing all activities related to business trip and international assignment.
- Managing all activities related to plant services such as security, cleaning, design and layout & office facility management “Temporary”.
- Responsible for all branding & CSR activities “Temporary”.
Job Requirements
- From 6 to 7 years of experience Recruitment and training and 2 years of experience in administration activities.
- Fully aware of Beni Suef and Fayoum hiring channels.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferable to be Fayoum and Beni Suef residence.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools, SAP user.
