Job Description

  • Running Blue collars recruitment process.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews “White collars”.
  • Managing training activities starting from training needs identification ending by training delivery and assessment.
  • Delivering required induction program for newly hired employees.
  • Managing all activities related to business trip and international assignment.
  • Managing all activities related to plant services such as security, cleaning, design and layout & office facility management “Temporary”.
  • Responsible for all branding & CSR activities “Temporary”.

Job Requirements

  • From 6 to 7 years of experience Recruitment and training and 2 years of experience in administration activities.
  • Fully aware of Beni Suef and Fayoum hiring channels.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferable to be Fayoum and Beni Suef residence.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools, SAP user.
