Job Description
- Providing legal advice on a wide range of legal issues in the MENA region.
- Structuring and reviewing a range of commercial / corporate contracts and engagements and advising on the associated legal / risk ramifications.
- Coordination with the broader legal team to ensure consistency of standards and approach, contributing to wider issues (including at divisional level) when required.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of legal training for colleagues in Legal and the wider business on relevant matter.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 4 years’ PQE at a premier firm.
- Faculty of Law, English Section graduates are recommended to apply, whilst other graduates who demonstrate strong capabilities and knowledge will also be considered.
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple deliverables in a fast pace environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Comfort operating outside of comfort zone and solutions minded.
- Fluency in English (other languages a bonus).
