Job Description
- Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers, according to the requisitions received from the Site Engineers.
- Negotiating vendors to obtain the best price quotes / service / delivery schedule.
- Obtaining prices quotes from multiple suppliers, and make a comparison sheet .
- Maintaining procurement records such as items purchased, costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.
- Discussing defective or unacceptable goods with suppliers, and take corrective action.
- Data entry and filling paperwork .
- Arranging the delivery of goods to the projects sites .
- Processing with receipts/ delivery notes and invoices for payment .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- Experience in aluminum procurement, facades and cladding.
- Experience in construction Industry and aluminum is must .
- Male Only .
- Experience 3 - 5 years.
- Communication skills.
- Preferable work with Microsoft Package.
