Job Description

  • Proactively contacting prospects, customers, distributors, and commercial end-users to win business and increase market share
  • Asking questions; identifying and overcoming objections; providing solutions: to successfully win business
  • Performing market research using all available tools to identify and monitor opportunities
  • Creating, scheduling, and conducting webinars, onsite training, presentations, and events
  • Following up on sales leads, quotes and orders
  • Achieving or exceeding all sales, gross margin, and new business goals
  • Providing responsive and proactive customer service
  • Creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports to identify problem areas and establish corrective action
  • Preparing sales reports, product portfolios, presentations, and samples for productive meetings
  • Regularly traveling throughout UAE, GCC and some of MENA countries (optional).
  • Assisting customers with their marketing and training programs
  • Creating, monitoring, and updating social media accounts for SDN
  • Providing input and assistance for the SDN website, pricing, brochure, and catalogue as required

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have Tech. industry sales experience.
  • Be willing and able to travel and most importantly have a desire to learn and grow.
  • This position requires the consistent demonstration of a “Win-Win” attitude for developing long-term relationships.
