| 1、Control and reduce standard time of manufacture by follow up new model learning curve, create and optimize work instruction, optimize manpower resource, improve line balance rate. |
| 2、Control and reduce actual time cost each phone by optimize IDL manpower resource, loss time, and extra time management. |
| 3、Control and reduce low value cost of overall factory, by doing purchase standirdization, purchase evaluation, scrap standardization and project improvement. |
Job Requirements
| • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering major |
| • Have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Process Designing, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement and Innovation; |
| • Have a basic understanding of CAD operation and Ms Office; |
