Job Description
- Responsible for the whole Sales inside the area and also have thoughts and solutions to achieve targets also achieve the targets for new devices.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Meeting daily with the team members to discuss the itinerary and distribute the new itinerary.
- Solving customers' problems and eliminating obstacles that face all team members.
- Follow up periodically with the clients and review the representative's work during the client visit and over the phone.
- Training newly hired staff on operational cycle and brand policy.
- Manage the process of Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling

Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in sales supervisory.
- 5 years experience in sales. (cosmetics)
- Has the ability to manage a group.
- Has the ability to solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Males are preferred.
- Cairo or Giza Resident.
- Must have a car.
