Job Description
- Ensure mechanical safety in all departments, including support for R&D and QC labs.
- Manage both breakdown and preventative maintenance activities for all mechanical equipment.
- Supervise Maintenance Fitters, Apprentices, and Contractors as needed.
- Control and manage inventory of mechanical spare parts, design information, drawings, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with production teams on pending mechanical tasks.
- Develop and enforce maintenance schedules to optimize preventative services.
- Maintain facilities to meet or exceed Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory standards.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives to optimize budget efficiency for repair and maintenance supplies.
- Uphold Takween Environmental, Safety, and Health policies, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace following 5S protocol.
- Direct and support team performance through objective setting, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Troubleshooting for the mechanical problems .
- Troubleshooting for the utility problems.
- Troubleshooting for the hydraulic problems .
- Knowledge about electrical.
- Reading the mechanical and hydraulic schematic diagram.
- Leading mechanical team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in mechanical engineering .
- Experience: 3 years .
- Good level of English
- Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
- A resident of Alexandria
