Job Description
- Work with Sales and Sales support to optimize needed processes for data enrichment that gives them better insights for sales Workforce utilization
- Design new related distribution processes and Audit their performance
- Provide all needed analysis reports on the performance of each customer segment and analyze sales reps, supervisors, assistants, and sales managers Performance according to planned Targets
- Provide budget to actual insights to Distribution director
- Oversee Sales KPIs, enhance them, and design sales commission models
- Set Region, route targets to each region team members in alignment with Company Sales Plan
- Advice sales team with regional tactics based on analysis on the workforce performance
- Manage Sales Headcounts, and alter it if needed with alignment with HR department
- Calculate distribution sales team monthly and quarterly commissions and submit it to HR
- Audit sales onboarding process
- Generate and manage sales plans, and plan for new projects with sales managers
- Work with Sales Managers on distribution route design, and change it according to workforce analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 Years of experience in (E-Payment or FMCG or Telecommunications)
- Have successful previous experience in the distribution Workforce or Sales operation
- Process-oriented
- Data analysis skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
