Job Description
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Responsible for the recruitment campaigns organization within Cairo, Giza and all the surrounded villages.
Conduct a regular employment awareness campaigns at public areas, clubs, youth centres, technical schools, orphanages, mosques and churches.
Post recruitment ads
Receiving all the phone calls related to the blue collar employment (hold the recruitment line)
Attend employment fairs, conduct presentation about CFM and its vacancies benefits
Collect CVs and employment applications
Contact the governmental work offices and labour brokers for labour provision
Conduct interviews for all blue collar staff
Filter the right candidates to be hired
Allocate the suitable candidates according to the projects needs and specifications
Follow up the recruitment credential completion
Receive complains and comment from staff and forward them to the related person
Conduct exit interviews
Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in blue collar recruitment
- Good English language (spoken and written)
