Job Description
- Ordering, receiving, and checking all medical supplies and equipment, properly, Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
- Arranging, storing, and maintaining the inventory level of all medical supplies
- Rotating medical supplies and checking all store materials for expiration dates
- Compile the records of the supplies and check the supplies from time to time
- Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Receive materials so distribute it to all stores at sites.
- Coordinate between all stores at sites
- Store keeper have an experience in the same field , manual and programs accounting methods.
- Supervising and assisting with loading and transportation of all requested medical supplies
- Collecting and returning all cancelled and damaged items back to vendors.
- Following up external lab orders
