Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering or referring inquiries, guide them to the designated employee or department.
- Answer telephones, record, and channel information, direct calls to the appropriate individual department, and relay messages in a timely, clear, polite, concise, and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Receive invoices and letters and distribute them accordingly.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Females only.
- 1 year of experience at least.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
