Job Description
- Planning & following up on all marketing and sales activities, with existing and new clients.
- Achieving allocated sales target.
- Handling preparations of events in regards to scientific programs, invitations, announcements, newsletters, etc.
- Handling medical writing, editing and program creation for all events.
- Planning and execution of events’ promotional emails and SMS campaigns.
- Leading, organizing and executing events, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Following up on, and executing, all scientific and operational issues of events.
- Handling clients.
- Achieving customer satisfaction, while building long-term customer relationship.
Job Requirements
- A former worker of a Pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
- Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Fluent English language skills (reading, writing and Speaking).
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
