Job Description

  • Handle the full recruitment process, writing and posting job ads, filtering CVs, scheduling interviews, HR interviewing & evaluation, and communicating related correspondences to all applicants in a timely manner.
  • Handle the onboarding & offboarding process of new hires & resigned employees.
  • Update and maintain the HR Information Systems on a regular basis (hiring, transfer, promotions, terminations, etc.,)
  • Implementation of training programs for the new employees.
  • Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
  • Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes.
  • Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Handle medical claims, approvals of medical cards & refunds with a medical company.
  • Supports staff inquiries on HR-related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
  • Build quarterly and annual training program
     

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 5-7 Years of experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Talent Acquisition, Personnel, Trainer, and Employee Relations.
  • Experience in Marketing, sales, real estate industries
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills and attention to detail skills.
  • Max age 30 years
