Job Description

  • Send the returns to the Quality Department for inspection and inspection - and monitor it until completion.
  • Preparing inventory documents (the documentary cycle) according to the procedures followed, while controlling the inventory movements. Work on obtaining approvals for the transfer of goods between warehouses.
  • Arranging the store inside and supervising the storage of the company's products to ensure their safety from damage.
  • Raising the efficiency of the warehouse and operations while reducing the cost, reducing the volume of waste
  • Maintaining the general appearance of the stores. Arranging and stacking the stock according to the available spaces and placing a label for each item to facilitate access to it.
  • Follow up the balances in his custody and inventory them on a weekly basis to ensure the correctness of the balances and deliver the inventory to the responsible manager.
  • Check the codes of the returned batteries - serial number.
  • Work on developing warehouses and stock management by innovating new ways to facilitate dealing and increase the provisions of the battery transfer process and the provisions of product warranty.
  • Fully responsible for the stores with the responsibility of the storekeeper
  • Submitting a report on the acceptance of an exceptional battery and maintaining the confidentiality of the stores in full confidentiality.
  • Not to disclose any information related to the store other than to the direct manager
  • Working on improving and developing the delivery conditions and work cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Warranty administration experience is must
  • Strong administrative experience is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately
  • Able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
  • As you will be working closely with the Customer Service Team and quality control, so knowledge the relevant technical about battery would be an advantage
  • Strong written & verbal command of English is a must
