Job Description
- Develop & Implement sales strategies to meet the growth targets.
- Implement analytics to track sales trends.
- Implement B2B channels strategy by developing long term relationships to ensure business objectives are met.
- Leading the sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Perform presentations to team members regarding the assigned projects.
- Remain knowledgeable about markets' best practices.
- Receive leads from marketing campaigns as well as clients’ data to offer the available services.
- Evaluate the clients’ capabilities to discover the appropriate solutions.
- Consult clients on market conditions and related matters, ensuring a fair deal.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
- Execute customer engagement models that deliver best commercial results.
- Screens & follow up on business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Set regular meetings to discuss sales targets with Team Leaders.
- Plan and appraise the performance of the sales team, by implementing the performance management system.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- 10-15 years of experience, at least 5 years in Management in B2B Sales (Service).
- Very good computer skills.
- Must have a car.
- Very good command of English language is a MUST!
