Job Description
- Supervise all O&M tasks in the building.
- Follow up daily periodic maintenance (Through PPM).
- Tasks prioritization according to the operation’s needs.
- Take necessary action for the needed corrective maintenance.
- Receive maintenance requests from other deps and cascade it by work order to O&M contractor and to be monitored by SLA.
- Check and confirm needed (materials, Services) requested from maintenance Subcontractor and prepare a technical report for the problem, reason, solution.
- Perform periodic reports (weekly report, monthly report, incident report, before & after report …) to be sent to Head of FM.
- Negotiate any needed extra (services, materials) with the owner to take confirmation.
- Evaluate and ensure high performance of O&M contractor through KPI’s.
- Responsible for the safety of technicians, employees and location.
- Create SLA sheet for all services to not exceed its time.
- Monitoring all systems to get the best efficiency and stable operation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical – Electrical)
- 3-5 years experience in administration building Maintenance Management.
- Extensive experience in determining maintenance needs by performing inspections.
- Proven understanding of main operation systems (Power, UPS, DG, FF, light Current systems..etc).
- Proven track record in conducting compliance inspections and maintenance records.
