Work with both the account manager and technical teams to ensure that the goals, scope, and product domain are well understood.
Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
Plan the milestones with the team leads and the account manager.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Provide assistance to the team members during the project through coaching and training.
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Helping in build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from Account Manager).
Evaluate, control and document the projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field is preferred.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Technical Background is a must.
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
