Job Description
- Implements marketing plans to promote the company’s services to target market.
- Conducts research and analyzing data to identify and define possible Leads.
- Oversee coordination with Third Parties and Marketing consultant to evaluate plans and take the corrective actions when needed
- Prepares proposals for different activities highlighting benefits and costs incurred.
- Directs the efforts of communication, digital marketing and social media campaigns to ensure that all marketing output meets Company’s needs.
- Writes and Proofs texts in marketing flyers and needed materials.
- Coordinates social media and marketing campaigns, review and, approve social media content before publishing.
- Maintains the company’s brand identity with clear guidelines for all concerned to maintain consistency company branding.
- Prepares periodic reports and statistics when needed about Marketing activities and campaigns
- Publish well-structured social media content using keyword searching tools and SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
- Coordinate and handle social media accounts, react and answer comments and questions.
- Identify possible leads to report it to sales team.
- Prepare social media accounts reports and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Real estate.
- Very Good in English is a must.
- Digital Marketing – Marketing - SEM – social media and Content Writing
