Job Description
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization aligned with the overall strategy
• Lead professionally, manage and develop all HR Functions
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Achieve high quality recruitment and retention results
• Support current and future plans through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment and drives high performance throughout the organisation
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report efficiently to management providing decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Assist in the recruitment process
• Follow up on social insurance and Medical insurance of employees.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Addressing any employment relations issues.
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
• Administer health insurance programs.
• Implement training and development plans.
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in the HR field & min. 5 years of experience and proven track as an HR generalist
• BS/BA in business administration or relevant field.
• Successful work experience as a Human Resources manager.
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. Compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, and development, OD).
• Commitment to staying current on understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability.
People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
