We’re looking for a Senior Quality control Engineer to Develop and lead the quality control team, process, projects, and documentation

Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality Control team and coordinate their daily activities to ensure optimum planning of resources and a fully motivated competent workforce.
Develop departmental policies and standard operating procedures as needed to effectively execute the principles and responsibilities of software quality control.
Contribute to defining the acceptance criteria for business user stories along with the business team.
Review the baseline design document developed by the Software Designer to ensure that the design complies with the client's requirements.
Define proper test methods to be applied to the software.
Create test plans for new or updated software projects and monitor the systems’ behavior to determine if the software will behave accurately and reliably according to documented requirements.
Engage in creating the proper test cases for the software.
Prepare a comprehensive test summary report for each software version for the stakeholders.
Prepare weekly reports to proffer the accomplished tasks by the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

At least 3 Years of experience in the software testing field. (MUST)
Must have a computer science background (computer science graduate or similar field).
Excellent knowledge of software testing types, principles, processes, testing techniques, and methodologies.
Familiar with APIs.
Familiar with compatibility, adaptability, UI/UX testing techniques, and tools.
Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Good knowledge of the Agile working approach.
Very good documentation and reporting skills.
Good communicational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to handle communicational issues with the team.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good ability to adapt to continuous changes.
