Position Overview:
Senior Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for Amgad Aluminum. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction and architectural markets, as well as a proven track record in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and profitability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the construction or manufacturing industries, with a focus on aluminum products being a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the construction sector.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
