Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Develop the architectural designs, facades and finishes tables;
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the architectural panels and drawings of the presented projects, design the facades scenes, and provide the best solutions to make use of the building, including the furniture and lighting system, to achieve the required quality;
- Provide the preliminary architectural designs to resume the project study and provide the architectural solutions to show the design's internal beauty;
- Develop the decorations finish tables, the internal finishes, and the external facades finishes, compare panels and conduct enumeration tasks using panels or on the ground to achieve the required plan; and
- Participate in making a civil works comparison to achieve the required goals.
- prepare working drawings or shop drawings based on projects design drawings in accurate quality
- coordinate between engineering disciplines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in using 2d/3d software(autocad-3dmax-photoshop).
- Excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
- ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
- Strong Communication skills.
