Job Description
- Administer reports and documentations related to the assigned processes (i.e. operator instructions, and control plans.
- Generate, interpret, and analyze management tools, graphs, and reports.
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
- Ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and demands.
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
- Assist in designing and developing corrective actions for known problems.
- Maintain a professional level of services to all internal/external customers/staff.
- Supervise quality personnel by assigning work.
- Train/teach/coach quality personnel.
- Monitor quality personnel performance.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in engineering (mechanical/electrical) is a MUST.
- 1~2 years of experience in a QC/QA role in a manufacturing background is a MUST (preferably in a plastic manufacturing facility).
- Knowledge of the different ISO standards (9001/18001/45001) is preferable.
- Auditing and customer satisfaction skills.
- Details oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office,
- Previous ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Working interval shifts.
