Job Description
• Supervises basic financial documents and accounting books by proving financial transactions in the accounting books
• Documents the entries, records, and exchange documents, and all that reinforces them from the papers related to the accounts.
• Records purchases and sales as per official invoices.
• Organizes and coordinates documents prepared for disbursement.
• Organizes and records accounts, as well as procedures related to them. Prepares periodic reports on accounts and financial analysis
• Reviewing the accounting software downloads for the company's business
• Internal auditing for daily accounting work
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Work experience as an Accountant from 0-2 years (2020:2022)
- Construction Background is prefered
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- V.Good in English language
