Job Description
- Responsible for attendance records of the employees and calculating the overtime variable pay for the employees and follow up the vacation balances and absence of all employees.
- Responsible for employee’s data base and records.
- Responsible for employee filing system and maintain a hard copy of all the documents required in employees’ files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law requirements.
- Follow up the employee’s contract renewal process.
- Make sure all employee social insurance documents and forms (1,6 and 2) are available, updated and processed in a timely manner.
- Deal directly with the labor , social insurance office, governmental authorities.
- Deal with Pant license renewals and Utility facilities.
- Manages the company car fleet and the relationship with the car renting company including company owned cars.
- Arranges transportation schedule, and Supervises Drivers and office support staff.
- Provides administrative assistance to Managers on related matters.
- Plans and schedule errands daily.
Job Requirements
- Lives in Fayoum, Giza or October
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience : from 4 to 6 years
- Very Good command in English language and Microsoft office
- Highly organized and resourceful
- Full knowledge of labor legislation.
