Job Description
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Provide appropriate accounting information to customers & vendors when needed.
- Follow up with the vendors & clients to send and collect the payment within the due date.
- Update financial data in databases ( Oracle ) to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Education & Knowledge :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from a Reputable University.
- Very Good command of English Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Familiarity with accounting software or Oracle is a Plus.
- Candidate must be living in Nasser City or nearby
Skills & Requirements :
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Must be able to work with a team on a flexi-work schedule when needed and during Events.
- Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality & Report effectively.
- preferably to own a car as Part of the job is requiring collection and Bank Visit.
