Job Description
| Create work schedule and prioritize work with project manager and other parties on site |
| Oversee exploration missions and site mobilization |
| Supervise contractor staff and assign tasks and provide support |
| Ensure construction work meets agreed specifications and timescale |
| Diagnose and solve problems may arise |
| Check completion of work and Approve inspection requests and raise non-conformance report (NCR) if any work doesn’t meet project’s specs or Egyptian code standards. |
| Coordinate between different contractors and other project parties in site |
| Review all approved method statement submitted from contractor and ensure that work execution to be according to it. |
| Revise and approve invoices will paid for contractor according to work progress and actual quantity surveying |
| Review and approve As built drawings |
| Prepare reports for preliminary handing over with related documents |
| Review all materials supplied to site and insure that all materials matching with required materials and vendor list also check method of storage it. |
| Perform other duties as assigned |
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university
- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Location: New Capital
