Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Maintaining CEO’s agenda as office manager and executive secretary and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings, appointments and calendar of managers
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing all travels outside Egypt to attend conferences and events
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Responsible for filing expenses
- Managing office boys, support staff, supplies and other administrative-related issues of the office
- Following up day to day tasks with all the company team and prepare reports
- Responsible about all the relationship activities of the factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Motivated - Hard worker - Work under stress
- Experience in the manufacturing and construction field is a must.

- Fluent in speaking and writing English is a must
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
