Job Description
- Achieving projected sales target.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry , researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Prepares report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
- Responsible for providing the sales and account management processes associated with the full breadth of products/ solutions for an assigned territory.
- Answering any technical questions the client might have.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in ITS Sales.
- Previous experience within the IT field is a must.
- Relevant product and services knowledge.
- ITSM, Analytics, Software and outsourcing services knowledge.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
