Job Description

  • Achieving projected sales target.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry , researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Prepares report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Responsible for providing the sales and account management processes associated with the full breadth of products/ solutions for an assigned territory.
  • Answering any technical questions the client might have.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in ITS Sales.
  • Previous experience within the IT field is a must.
  • Relevant product and services knowledge.
  • ITSM, Analytics, Software and outsourcing services knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
