Job Description

  • Preparing work contracts for new hires, coding them, recording their data on the system, following up on completing the documents necessary for hiring, medical and social insurance.
  • Preparing the weekly exchange statement for workers who are entitled to a salary and whose salaries were suspended for reasons that have been removed.
  • Complete job stub data and send it to the concerned authorities to complete the hiring procedures.
  • Receiving correspondence related to medical insurance approvals and sending them to the medical insurance company for approval, and then forwarding them to the employees or HR operation specialists at the sites.
  • Issuing new medical insurance cards and handing them over to employees.
  • Determine the workers required to be socially insured, prepare the documents required for insurance and deliver them to the social insurance specialist.
  • Recording site vacations and reporting them to sites monthly.
  • Handle any other tasked to be asked as per the work need.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (HR diploma is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as an HR operation specialist
  • Good knowledge in Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance Procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
