Job Description
- Receiving all import and Export orders and process them into the system.
- Receiving all import and Export forecast.
- Communicate and align all import and Export volume with all plan departments.
- Review and own all import documentation to be done accurately from supplier’s side.
- Responsible for handle all imports clearance with brokers.
- Handle import documentation process with broker & finance as well.
- Plan imports delivery based on planning requested dates.
- Insure that all imported quantities, values & pricing matched its purchase order.
- Responsible for import process of needed samples or spare parts.
Job Requirements
- Experience in customs
- Experience in automotive spare parts
- Certificate in customs is a plus
