Job Description
- Providing candidates with the required hiring documents and booking for pre-employment medical.
- Notifies employees on health, dental, medical, and compensation benefits Follow up on employee’s medical claims, reimbursements.
- Follow up on HO employee’s medical approvals.
- Follow up on new additional participants to Nile Sugar’s medical program
- Follow up on employee’s loans checks issuance and filing documentation.
- Organize and maintain department’s schedules and HR Calendar, handling incoming mail, filing the documents of the department.
- Dealing as a link between factory employees and HR management in Head office.
- Assist the HR department members in all HR related matters
Job Requirements
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Similar field.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent people skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Presentable.
- Excellent command of English
- Superior reporting skills
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
