Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data
  • Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it
  • Provide the customers with all information that they need
  • Arrange all customers visits and transfer them smoothly to clinics
  • Tidy and Maintain information desk area
  • Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list
  • Receive Visit Forms
  • Make daily& monthly reports
  • Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .

Job Requirements

  • Highly skilled in providing information regarding products and services of the company.
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing, updating or making changes to customer accounts.
  • Track record of listening and responding to customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Able to handle returns and complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to record details of client contacts and service history.
  • Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly.
  • Special talent for handling irate and angry customers
