Job Description
- Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data
- Receive and Sort Faxes and deliver it
- Provide the customers with all information that they need
- Arrange all customers visits and transfer them smoothly to clinics
- Tidy and Maintain information desk area
- Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list
- Receive Visit Forms
- Make daily& monthly reports
- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Group .
Job Requirements
- Highly skilled in providing information regarding products and services of the company.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing, updating or making changes to customer accounts.
- Track record of listening and responding to customers’ needs and concerns.
- Able to handle returns and complaints effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to record details of client contacts and service history.
- Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly.
- Special talent for handling irate and angry customers
