Job Description
- POS will cover whole admin work for the CS department and follow the implementations of the CS requests.
- POS will divide the requests to his other college in department
- POS will coordinate with other departments
- POS will track the CS emails
- POS will coordinate with Hotline needs
- CS Rep will meet clients and implement their requests.
- CS Rep will handle customers problems and solve it.
