Job Description

A Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing a sales team. He/ She will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and lead generation. He/ She will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and target.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Managing the ongoing training of salespeople.
  • Developing a sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Focusing on the development of key accounts and generate new business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience as a sales manager in the same field.
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experienced in setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems.
