Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Bootcamp facility and equipment
  • Responsible for coordinating training dates and following up on trainees
  • Responsible for scheduling interviews.
  • Responsible for managing the office, ensuring the availability of major office and coffee break supplies
  • Provides supervision over the role of the cleaner and security guard.
  • Supporting the administrative tasks related to the trainees at the center such as filling and submitting their own schedules.
  • Support the Operations Officer in organizing training and registering trainees, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for installing and setting up equipment (software, laptop, printer ...)
  • Update follow-up devices
  • Coordination with the outreach officers and IT technical regarding venue management

Social part:

  • Conduct simple social activities that give him/her the ability to identify cases that need PSS support, to be referred to Tdh psychologist or caseworker.


 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the position

Education:

  • Business Administration

Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant previous experience
  • Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable individuals
  • Demonstrated community outreach experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with extremely vulnerable groups
  • Awareness of the security context and the political situation in Egypt for refugees
  • Able to work effectively within a team and/or individually
  • Good organization with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with refugees.
  • Previous experience working in a place that provides training

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken is a must.

Computer Skills:

  • Excellent Computer literacy (software & hardware)
  • Excellent in dealing with e-learning platforms
